Customer Enquiries and Complaints
PeopleKey values feedback. Where a comment raises a genuine service issue or complaint in a respectful way, PeopleKey will aim to acknowledge it and guide the person to the right contact pathway.
For privacy and service reasons, account-specific matters should be handled directly with PeopleKey rather than in public comment threads.
PeopleKey Moderation Rights
PeopleKey reserves the right to hide, remove, report or restrict comments or users where content breaches these house rules or creates an unreasonable risk to staff, customers, partners, suppliers or the PeopleKey brand.
Repeated breaches might lead to a user being blocked or reported to the relevant platform.
PeopleKey social media accounts are monitored during business hours where resourcing allows. For urgent support or account-related matters, contact PeopleKey directly via peoplekey.com.au or call 1800 015 458.
